Jungle dives and expeditions

Jungle dives are more relaxed. Longer treks and expeditions into the jungle can be challenging. Moderate fitness is required. Higher levels of physical and mental endurance are required for the longest expeditions.

Please make sure to inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions.

Get ready for a proper adventure carried only by your two feet, willpower and Bribri cacao.

Don't forget to read about equipment and food at the bottom of the page.

A good option to start experiencing life in the jungle.

What about food?

Our concept is that once in the jungle, you will eat "como la tribu". Like the tribe.

The rainforest offers lots of food, top that with some gallo pinto and you're all set for nutritious meals to fuel you during our adventures.
